IRC rating ?

From entering a few events last year I was under the impression the Sonata IRC rating was 0.875. However I’ve just tried to apply for some last minute spring series racing and was told that the IRC rating on the RORC list is 0.823

Can anyone please confirm what is correct, has it been updated for 2004?
