After 30+ years of good service on Apparition, the majority of the plastic plugs inside the cockpit, covering the bolts securing the tracks for the outboard brackets have disintegrated. The holes in the cockpit liner are 20mm diameter. Can any one recomend a suitable supplier for replacement blanking plugs?
Thought these were only cosmetic until a couple of weeks ago when my crew reported a significant amount of water in the cabin. When traveling at hull speed a small amount of water comes into the cockpit via the cockpit drains and at least one of these holes is at the same level as the drain so allowing water to get below. Currently have the holes sealed with duct tape but a more permanent sollution would be preferable. If a supplier cannot be found the back up plan is to turn up some aluminium plugs on my lathe, which may be of interest to other Sonata owners in similar difficulties.

Many thanks for your help. Sorry for the delay in responding due to too many other commitments.
Got a sample of the 20.5 mm barrel plug from the company you recomended and it fitted perfectly in the 20mm hole with just enough resistance to make a good seal. Unfortunately they only stock these in the translucent material. Tried a dab of white paint on the inside and that produced a 3 ring effect. Have looked arround for other products and cant find anything better, so may need to paint the outside also. Anyway its much more presentabble than patches of duct tape.
Will be ordering some more to finish the job
Thanks again

Looks like these people have what you want although looks as if they are clear, rather than white. They might have white if you look further on the site…..
